Do I have to complete the work in a set time?
The P.R.O.F.I.T. Through Process Planner training and exercises are designed to be done at your leisure. You build the business processes as you go.
P is for People. You will get the most from the programme by completing this module before tackling the other areas.
The P.R.O.F.I.T. Through Process Planner is based around a better understanding of people, how we learn, think and behave. We use this knowledge to craft commercial processes.
Can I share the programme with others?
T is for Teamwork. Some exercises involve people close to you, either in or outside of your business and the learning will be better and faster if taken together.
I am confident you’ll will want to share what you learn straightaway.
Is the programme only for technology startups?
I learned much of what I know working in large financial companies and studying the successes and failures of thousands of companies across many industries world wide.
I have spent the last 12 years applying those lessons at technology companies.
The learning however, is universal. Business owners in any industry will gain a deep understanding of people, what that means for marketing and selling to customers, financial systems, better communications and managing teams.
